This Return Policy applies to physical mindful pause products sold by Kneeremove through kneeremove.world, including the Morning Anchor Card Set, Desk Pause Companion, and Full Day Rhythm Guide. Our goal is fair resolution consistent with the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

You may return unopened, unused kits in original packaging within fourteen calendar days of delivery for a refund of the product price excluding outbound shipping. Opened card sets or guides with broken seals are not eligible for change-of-mind returns because content cannot be resold as new.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

If a product arrives damaged, missing components, or materially different from its description on pause-offerings.html, contact us within thirty days. We will provide repair, replacement, or refund as required by consumer guarantees. Examples include misprinted cards, torn folio bindings, or absent download codes.

How to start a return

Email community@kneeremove.world or call +61466082013 with your order name, purchase date, and photos of the issue. We will issue a return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may experience processing delays.

Return shipping

Change-of-mind returns: you pay return postage to 6 Kensley St, Upper Ferntree Gully VIC 3156, Australia. Faulty or misdescribed returns: we provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable standard postage upon proof of dispatch.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days after we receive and inspect returned goods. Bank processing times may add additional days. Partial refunds apply if items show signs of use inconsistent with change-of-mind eligibility.

Digital content

Downloadable audio anchors delivered with the Full Day Rhythm Guide are non-refundable once access links are issued, except where files are defective or inaccessible and we cannot provide a working replacement within seventy-two hours.

Exchanges

We gladly exchange unopened kits for another product of equal or greater value. Pay any price difference plus shipping. Exchanges follow the same condition requirements as returns.

Workplace and bulk orders

Corporate or bulk purchases may include separate return terms stated in the invoice. Unless specified, bulk unopened cartons may be returned within fourteen days subject to a restocking fee of ten percent to cover handling.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. Products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match descriptions. Remedies may be available even outside the change-of-mind window when a major failure occurs.
